My Terms of Service

PAYMENT

I take payment upfront before starting the project. After commissioning me, the client will have 48 hours to deliver the full payment in USD via PayPal invoice. Failure to pay on time will relinquish the client's commission slot. 

 

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Once I have received payment and started the project, I will not do any refunds. 

 

I reserve the right to deny any request and/or cancel the project because of communication issues, poor behavior by the client, if at any point I feel uncomfortable, or for any other issues that may arise. If the project is cancelled at the client’s fault, I will not refund the full amount. If the project is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, I will reimburse the full amount.

 

Please note that once the project is completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued.

 

EDITS

The client can choose to receive works in progress and updates on the project or keep the project hidden until its completion. The client may request edits and other minor changes during the sketch, lineart, and color blocking phases at no additional cost. Larger edits or edits requested after I've started the rendering process will require a fee. After 24 hours have elapsed since delivering the finished project, I will consider the project closed and will not make any further changes to the project.

 

The client may not under any circumstances edit the project without permission.

 

If requested, I can provide alternative versions for the project with different sizes/dimensions, as long as it does not exceed my device capabilities. This service expires 24 hours after finished project delivery.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

The project will be completed within 14 days starting from when payment is received and terms are agreed upon, and the client will be notified if the project undergoes any delays. If the client has a deadline, I must be notified before starting the project. If the client has requested a more complex commission, the turnaround may be extended to compensate. 

 

The project will be completed on time unless I notify the client of any delays. Please note that I am often working on multiple projects and I would appreciate your patience.  

 

SHIPPING

There will be no shipping of any product. All projects will be delivered online through private correspondence. 

 

RIGHTS

• I retain my rights to use anything I create, including (but not limited to): works in progress, completed projects, and work from cancelled or discontinued projects. I retain copyright for the project and the right to redistribute and reproduce the project for noncommercial use. I retain copyright for all unfinished and rejected versions of the project, during and after the commission process.

• If the client wishes, I will not release the finished project publicly. This request must be made clear to me in a timely manner. 

• The client may use the project for personal use. The client may not use the project for commercial use. The client may not sell, profit from, or include the project in anything sold. The client may not redistribute the project unless it is discussed between the client and myself beforehand. This includes works in progress and other unfinished works from the project.

• The client may share the project with credit to me as the artist. The client may not under any circumstances attempt to claim the project as their own handy work. The client may use the work as wallpapers, print for their own use, and extend that right to others as long as the project is not taken for commercial use. 

• I reserve the right to use rejected sketches for future projects and/or my own use. 

• I will not do speculative work. 

 

PROJECT CONTENT AND THEMES

I refuse to create work depicting, implying, or directed towards the following: NSFW, gore, politics, religion, self-harm, illegal actions or activities, violence (contact me for details), and suicide. I am not limited to this list and reserve the right to decline any project for any reason without warning. 

 

I will absolutely not be guilt-tripped, coerced, or bribed into completing a project I do not wish to complete or do not feel capable of completing. No one is entitled to my services as an artist.

 

AGREEMENT

By commissioning me, the client agrees to all the above terms. The client agrees that this document will be used as proof of my terms and the client’s agreement to them.
